Her journey began in 2009 as a certified nurse assistant, where she honed her skills in patient care and developed a profound understanding of the human body. In 2011, Tiffany expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed massage therapist, allowing her to merge her nursing skills with her passion for healing through touch.

By 2014, Tiffany further advanced her career by becoming a licensed practical nurse, enriching her medical knowledge and enabling her to provide more comprehensive care. The following year, she received her medical massage therapy certification, a testament to her dedication to integrating nursing and massage therapy into her practice. This specialized certification required Tiffany to complete a rigorous 700-hour program, equipping her with advanced techniques to address complex medical conditions through massage. As a committed professional, Tiffany is a proud member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), a leading organization that supports massage therapists in their professional growth. Her affiliation with ABMP underscores her commitment to maintaining high standards of practice and continuous professional development. Our policies

FAQs made simple

General Salon Policies

• All services are by appointment only (walk-ins accepted if availability allows).

• Appointments must be confirmed via website within 24 hours.

• Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

• Only children receiving services are permitted unless otherwise approved.

• Please do not bring extra guests unless approved beforehand.

Booking & Client Responsibilities

• Stylist will NOT purchasing hair for clients — a fee will apply if requested.

• Clients must book their own appointments directly — no third-party scheduling.

Payment & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. This amount will be applied to your total service cost.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment apps.

• Tips are appreciated but never required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the missed service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Travel & Mobile Services

• A travel fee applies for on-location services, based on distance or travel time.

• A minimum service total may be required for travel bookings.

Redo & Refund Policy

• If you’re unsatisfied with your results, please contact the salon within 24 hours of your appointment.

• Adjustments will be made at no charge if determined necessary by your stylist.

• Services are non-refundable, but adjustments may be offered.

Communication & Courtesy

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

• Please allow time for responses to calls or texts — we may be with clients.
